Bug with reconnecting system.

Unfortunately this isn't the first time I have encountered this issue. In short I am unable to reconnect to game, Whilst loading into game after champion select an error displayed saying; 'network error - couldn't connect to the network' since then through the login process I am able to click on the re-connect to game button only to be presented with a black screen. As this has happened a few time I have been put on a low priority list. I have tried many things to remedy the problem. i.e. re-install the game, re-install the latest patch numerous amount of times, have no other application running in the back ground. But nothing seems to work. It isn't every game this happens and fortunately it's less frequent then a smooth connection. Though I have been caught twice in short succession and therefore fear I may be punished heavier for this. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
