[GAMEPLAY] Remake not working.

I played a game today where after three minutes it didn't allow a remake, only telling me "/remake is only available when one or more players hasn't connected." The thing is the Hecarim didn't connect for almost 15 minutes. He never once connected before that. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue as I haven't had another player disconnect today.
