Can't get in touch with support, keep getting disconnected in rank play and lose LP

Hello, i can't go to - support - submit a ticket, since a bug will accure. They tell me to log in even tho im already logged in so this is the last i can do. I have lost around 90 lp today from disconnect, i tried playing within different timelapse, same problem appears. A few of the games, people on both sites gets the disconnection message. I do not get the lp "refunded", and im normally having to much fun to not play the game. I'm new to league of legends and its community

What should i do?
