[GAMEPLAY] Quinn's blind ignores Morgana Blackshield

If Morgana casts a Blackshield onto herself or somebody else they should theoretically not be able to be hit by Blinds (such as the Teemo blind). But if you get hit by a Quinn Blind you will still be blinded.

How to recreate: Just cast a Blackshield onto yourself or somebody else and then get hit a Quinn blind.
