pc slowing down and lag spikes after a league update

(sorry for my bad english)

So after one update randomly all of my pc(laptop) started slowing down and having lag spikes all the time.I dont think its from you know my pc or something that i downloaded.Before i updated the game everything was alright.

I heard something about garena and that they installed you know cryptominer into the game client and many computers were slowing and bugging from this.I dont know if this true but it cant just randomly to start my computer slowing down or having lag spikes just when i updated league.

If someone had the same problem pls tell me so i can be sure its from league or if no one have that problem well its from me them :/
