[GAMEPLAY] A synra ulti bug

I found a bug of syndra's ult. If syndra ult to a enemy champion, before the dmg arrives he/she used zhonya, the cooldown of the ult would not start counting, instead I could use it again and it will count how many balls flew out from the ult just now(which didn't go into cooldown).
