I didnt receive my RP yet it still cost me

Hi I just brought RP on league of legends through the mobile payment I did the $12 one and I didn't receive any RP at all yet I checked my phone and it still charged me the $12 and i did a $12 one in the past so could someone please help me that would be great

I just did a $5 one and that went through all good so I don't know why it didn't work
