AHRI ULT BUG Post New Patch/Re-work

Anyone else have an issue with Ahri's ult not activating when under any type of cc? I'm not talking about stuns and pulls cause that's pretty obvious --- but when I'm slowed in any way I am unable to use my ult (with full mana, full charges, etc). It doesn't matter if I've already used a charge (1 out of 3, or 2 out of 3) or if its sitting off cool down waiting to be used.

This happens every single game ever since they added movement speed to her Q and removed the 20% extra damage with her charm -- and it makes the difference between life and death with the odds being privy to the latter. It's frustrating and it sucks.

If you're taking away her dmg and making her more of a kiting mage, please don't take away her ability to kite when under NON-STUNNING cc.

Riot please, LEAVE AHRI ALONE.

i have noticed the same problem having to either let my self die because i cant use my ult to get away or my ult just not activiation under any type of cc. Riot pls leave my favorite character alone she was good the way she ways.
