[Client] No champions in Champ Select

Hello,

This has happened twice tonight when I queued up for 5v5 blind pick and so I'm locked out of the queue for a few minutes and have time to report this. Hopefully it will fix itself when I reopen the client.

The bug: Entering the Champ Select screen shows no champions to select and clicking around does nothing. You are effectively forced to dodge by not picking anyone. There is nothing in the search bar. You can't get them to appear by selecting a role filter from the top left. Chat works fine, but you can't pick a champ or get into a game.

How I did it:

1. Start LoL client. (Login, etc.)
2. Queue up for 5v5 Blind Pick (To practice Irelia :P)
3. Enter Champ Select
4. Get confused because there are no champions.
5. Click everything you can to try and fix it.
6. Get auto-dodged.
7. Wait for 5 minutes for your dodge timer.
8. Repeat steps 2-7. Replacing 5 minutes with the next increment for time.

I wish I could put "???" and "profit" in there, but there are no profits to be had.

I've closed the client and I'm going to go try it. If it works as intended I won't be back.
If not, I'll update this. And whine to support. And cry. (Not sure if I'm joking there...)
