Invisible mouse cursor bug

So I went into a normal draft game today played Morgana and didn't have a cursor and this was since the start of the game. I tried closing league, restarting my computer, leaving the game, tabbing out and nothing seemed to work....made it pretty hard to farm etc. The worst part was when the victory screen came up and i was stuck trying to click the continue button but having no idea where my cursor was xD.

I've tried playing a custom as Morganna, Shaco and Leona (after repairing my client) and there was still no change.Added note i have noticed the cursor occasionally appears as I tab in but this is only for a brief amount of time (less than 1s)
