Just had a jungle zac game in which I was one shotted for over 4000 damage (with 200MR) due to heimers ult w dealing its full damage as magic damage then redealing it again as true damage. 3 times I had a death recap of only his w dealing damage as my death (twice) as well as several other members of my team seeing the same thing
if you die during your passive zac has the wonderful unique bug of random true damage equaling his health in damage. and also as a side note the death recap is often way weird and incorrect in its damage calculations.,
the weird passive thing often recaps as this even if zac dies without popping his passive.
so unless you were literally full health to zero by heimer this is what is happening. also heimy has some way strong burst
