Fiora Ult Bug and Irelia Stun Bug

When playing as Fiora and when you ult an opponent, if the enemy dies "too quick" or with just one passive proc her ult passive heal won't go off. Example: I would ult an enemy Master Yi kill him with just one passive proc and the heal portion would disappear and would not go off. Next is a super annoying bug when playing against an Irelia. Her e, aka her stun, only can stun when the opponent has more health then she does but she's able to stun someone even when she has more health then her. Please look into this, beacause these two bugs can really decide the outcome of a battle.

It's based on relative health percentage, not health amount.

If Irelia has 2000/4000 HP (50%), she will be able to stun someone who has 1000/1500 HP (67%) even though 2000 > 1000.

Sounds like a bug if true. Honestly curious if your attack did enough damage to kill him without detonating the mark, which have have prevented the ultimate heal from being triggered since he may died before the event for destroying the vital was handled.
