MBPS DROPPING LIKE CRAZY??

Hello, trying to patch the latest (7.10) and I get to around 5% with 4000mbps, then it drops down to around 100mbps. What is going on?

Probably a false reading on your download speed early. 4000mbps = 4gbps. The highest speed available to your average consumer (at least in america) is 1gbps or 1000mbps.

Your download will be limited by whatever internet speed you pay for, and even if say hypothetically you have 1gbps download speeds, that doesn't mean riot is uploading at 1gbps so you may still download at a slower speed.
