TF Gold Card not stunning

Played a game as Twisted Fate and my gold card was not stunning Jax through his Counter Strike. As far as I know, TF has always been able to stun through the counter strike before, so either this is a recent change or a bug. Thanks

This is was changed in patch 5.22.

They changed that a couple months ago.
