Corrupted Files

So I was trying to load into a game, and I kept getting bugsplats. I then restarted my client, and before I could click play, it said that the files i downloaded may be corrupt and it needed to repair them. So I did, however my team remade the game, and now I have a leaver strike against me. What gives? I also did not get a token for getting an S the game before
