[CLIENT] Password No Longer Works in New Client

DESCRIPTION I have a fairly long, complicated password. My password works for the website (obviously), but the client is reporting that my credentials are incorrect.

REPRO STEPS

1. Change password on an account to 128 char using upper-case, lower-case, digits, minus, underline, space, special characters, brackets, and Latin-1 Supplement characters.
2. Use the new password to log into the website and the new client.
3. Observe that the user is able to log into the website and not the client using the same password.
