[GAMEPLAY] Kalista E sometimes doenst reset, is used automatically when on cooldown.

Kalista E didnt reset with kills anymore and the next auto attack it automatically was used on one stack and the cooldown was reset.

As seen in the video, the bug starts when I e the minion that has 2 stacks on it, killing it and e draven with 3 stacks but he doesnt die he gets killed just after I used it. The cooldown isnt reset and the next minion I attack it gets used on one stack and the cooldown is reset. This one stack use bug worked on turrets as well. This is the only time I saw the bug and I have no idea what could have caused it.
