Surrendervote bug

Hey, i played a ranked game with a premade, we where about to win the game (we had 1ihib down and all outerturrets/all drakes/no tower lost on our side) then someone startet a vote to surrender and it was accepted. But we both declined the vote... and minimum 1 player said he declined it too... also it was my last promogame to get up a division so i can start again.
