[Client] Champion select bug

I was in champion select for a ranked game and there was a bug that didn't let me and another guy on my team pick our champions. Everything was running smoothly with the bans and the 1st pick for our team. Then as the other team picked their first 2, after they picked it showed the the countdown timer on the arrow for first pick again and it said "picking" over their 1st pick but their 2nd pick was locked in. While this was happening our 2nd pick guy was highlighted but it didn't say he was "picking". And I (3rd pick) was neither highlighted or able to pick even though it was my turn to. And I know it wasn't just a problem on my end because I was talking to my team mates I said "wtf who is picking" and they confirmed they saw the same thing that I did. Then when the countdown ran to 0 I was returned home and told I had been removed for failing to select a champion and got a 5 minute ban.

SHORTER VERSION: Me and a team mate werent able to pick champs in a ranked game because it gave the time to pick to the other teams people twice in a row.
