EUW server Patch 7.24 Keyboard and mouse shuts down during game

I found the bug during my recent matches where my keyboard and mouse just stop working all of a sudden, I can't move or use my hotkeys I can however still type but when i press enter is only all chat. Sometimes the bug stops after I got killed and sometimes just by standing still for a minute or more. I have been reported for trolling in my last few matches thanks to this bug i had one game where I had that bug for more than 3 or 4 times and I get killed.

When i go out of the game itself my mouse and keyboard work perfectly. I can right click and all kinds of things so its only in game, when i play other games I'm also not experiencing these difficulties. I have also not heard from anyone about this bug so i thought it was just me at first but then i heard someone calling my difficulties a bug from league so that's why i'm reporting it.
