Ahri's charm and fox fire are having issues.

I have tested this repeated times, and I am not sure if it has to do with the new skin, as I have only seen it since I bought that skin, but her charm will often cause blue buff to reset, even though it is definitely not out of range. Also, Q sometimes does not cast until half a second after casting fox fire, which causes for several issues in comboing.
