The Client Won't Open

Whenever I try and open the client as of 11/17/16 it just flashed the league symbol and then goes away as if I never clicked on it. I really don't want have to uninstall and reinstall but I'd like to get a conversation going. Thanks Edit: Running as admin doesn't work
