[GAMEPLAY] Tibbers does not follow Ekko after he uses his ult

I've have this happen consistently in two games within the past 24 hours. As it is obvious to anybody who's played Annie, if you press R with your mouth hovered over a champion Tibbers should chase the champion as any melee ranged character would do. Within the two games I've played recently against Ekko mid, if Tibbers was already following him pre-ult and Ekko ults, if I try to hit R on Ekko to get Tibbers to chase him, Tibbers stands still for a few seconds pondering what the Rift Herald likes on his biscuits, then teleports around like a Kassadin on bath salts. Sadly I do not have any recording software or I'd upload a video when I got into another game against an Ekko but I can (hopefully) give a step-by-step to help people replicate it in a custom game.

1. Go into a custom game with a friend.
2. Pick Annie/Ekko and have your friend pick whoever you didn't.
3. Get to level 6, any way you can.
4. Have the Annie summon Tibbers nearby the Ekko, doesn't have to be hit by anything prior.
5. Have Annie hover over Ekko and click R to have Tibbers attack Ekko.
6. Have Ekko hit R and teleport to where he was moments ago.
7. Have Annie try to hit R on Ekko again while hovering over him and the bug should occur.

Anyways, this may not be a huge issue since Annie isn't too popular of a champion and this matchup might not even happen all so regularly, but hopefully this may also solve some other issues with targeting Ekko after he ults once this gets resolved. Have a wonderful day ^_^
