Can't click Accept or Decline

Queue popped and accept was clicked but the options didn't disappear and nothing could be clicked, not even the options, chat, or the buttons on the top right. Eventually forced a dodge and lost LP. The options still didn't disappear after dodge.

I just had the same bug, could see people typing in champ select chat but nothing else. after a while it dodged me and returned to the lobby screen but still with the accept or decline buttons and everything else grayed out. Had to force quite to get out of it. Now I have a queue timer :/
