Problem with counting party members.

Recently i've had the problem "Your party has more than 2 Members" quite often.

This happens to me when im in : a party that really has more than 2 members. a party where im solo but i've played with someone before which now left/i kicked him. a party where someone is invited but isnt in the queue window. or im not even in party, but i've played in a party before.

To fix it i always have to restart the client which sucks.
