Tower Bug - Stuck on Tower [GAMEPLAY]

So, I was playing a good custom game of Yasuo earlier, and I tabbed out of my game while walking back to lane, and when I had tabbed back in I was just still at my nexus. At first, I thought it was just where I tabbed out and it would fix itself immediately, but a few seconds pass and I'm still walking to lane. Repeatedly jumping back to the tower, and then walking forward. So I grabbed the good old recording software, and captured this video. Issuing a movement command fixed the problem but, there's still a problem.
