Flickering/Glitching in game patch 7.24

For about a week now, my in game client has been flickering and glitching out. It stops when I put it in windowed mode. When in fullscreen the bar with my kda flickers and my store does too. and when i press tab, literally everything does. the game itself does somewhat but not as much as the rest. can someone help me with this? I've tried uninstalling and re installing already no luck.
