BUG: NO REFUND ON CAITLYN ULT (IF NOT SHOT)

Map: Summoner's Rift Queue: Ranked (Solo) Champion: Caitlyn Allies: Lee Sin Patch: 4.19.14_11_05_21_19

Bug: Cast Ace in the Hole on enemy champion. Enemy champion died before Ace-in-the-Hole bullet animation (before bullet sound or actual bullet leaving gun). No refund of mana or reset on cooldown.

Didn't see adjustments in patch notes. Cooldown was reset if bullet was not fired (not sure if mana was refunded also).

Have not had a chance to replicate.
