[GLOBAL] [GAMEPLAY] - Fizz Bot doesn't connect when loading into a Custom Twisted Treeline game.

When creating a custom 3v3 (Twisted Treeline) game, the player is able to choose which bots they would like to play against. If the player chooses Fizz as one of the enemy bots, the game will load as normal but Fizz will fail to connect. Upon entering the game, the player will notice that Fizz is level 0 and has no summoner spells. This issue has only been seen on Twister Treeline custom games.

This happens 100% of the time.

1. Load current version of League Of Legends.
2. Click 'Play' and create a custom Twisted Treeline game.
3. Select Fizz as one of the enemy bots. (Set difficulty to Intermediate)
4. Start the game.
5. Observe Fizz's connection status on the loading screen and in game (by pressing Tab).

This appears to be a global issue.
