Sion in Aram

Playing sion in an aram, I for some reason towards the end of the game could not cast my q and r. I was able to cast my w and e but for some reason i could not cast r and q. do i have something in the settings set up wrong? my other skills worked and my keyboard was fine, so I have no idea why it just stopped working.
