[GAMEPLAY] Kennen - E grants incorrect movement speed

As the images in the link shows, Kennen's "E" does not grant the proper movement speed it should.

E - "Kennen gains 335 movement speed and ignores unit collision........."

As his base movement speed is 335, this ability should cause Kennen to move at a speed of 670. However, in the image, with E active, he is only moving at a speed of 568 each time, meaning it is only granting about 223 movement speed - only 66.5%, or 2/3 of the movement speed it should grant is being granted. There are three images to show I did this three times in three spots, and each time, the same amount of movement speed was granted.
