PBE Clash unable to see or complete champ select

I'm with my team and none of use can see anything for champ select except for one guy on our team we can edit our runes but that's it. as the captain I can see champs when it's my turn to ban but it won't let me select champs or actually ban them. it is obvious the other team is having the same problem as well riot pls help
