Akali Passive Change?

Akali1.png shows Akali's passive saying that it scales with AD, and the second photo shows the change after buying a Long Sword. I only saw this change after the 5.13 patch. Is anyone else having this issue? I didn't see the change in the patch notes and in the store it says that that part of the passive scales with AP still.

Any feedback is appreciated. I didn't see another discussion posted, but if it does exist can someone redirect me? Thank you.

I think the way that part of Akali's passive works is the bonus magic damage your auto attacks deal is a percentage of your total attack damage, but that percentage is higher based on your ability power.
