[GAMEPLAY] Azir passive

I often Play Azir and the couple last game I've had some issue with my passive to create a tower. On the schreen it would shoe me the icon on top of a destroy tower to create one but my passive would still be on cooldown. I could even press on the structure and I would have an interaction with it but nothing would happen. I've even ad the issue in one game were it wouldn't show any cooldown on the passive and I would try to create a tower and would reactivate the timer on the ability where it should have been but not creating a tower.
