[CLIENT] Champion Select can not Choose Champions

No champion icons to select/declare champions. No ban icons from banning champions. No picture in the middle when something is banned/picked. The masteries bar was squashed but seemed to fix after a minute. Had to dodge. Done after updating client. http://imgur.com/a/fg3ui
