Glitch after namechange

Original name SpatulaLeviathan i name changed to SpatulaSupport. Not 1 but atleast 6 other players for 4 days now complain that when i chat with them in the normal client NOT ingame that my name still says SpatulaLeviathan and randomly changes back to SpatulaSupport but once we join a game lobby it suddenly changes back. One of my friends unfriended me and refriended and it seemed to be better but then after 1 game it does it again. Super Annoying glitch. As well as 3 days after my name change i still recieve riot emails as SpatulaLeviathan.
