I lost bought skins

I have bought many skins but when i vissit chop the skins are there again like if i never gotten them.. I have gotten Battlescar cog'maw 3 times from chest. i have even played games with that skin. and now its back again in the shop like i never have owned it,

CAN I GET SOM DAMN CONTACT ON THIS PROBLEM.. i have many skins that i lost due to your uppgrades.
