Black Screen

When I join a game of league, my screen goes black and I can not do anything, now i have to wait 30 minutes before going into another queue. Any Help

I'm having the same problem, losing lp and wasting time waiting for the penalty timer. Edit: It's fixed, not sure what I did but I ran the full repair, declined a game and then tried again.
