Game Client Bug [Client/Crash]

So recently while playing ranked play, me and few friends have came across a bug in the client draft. As soon as the first ban timer hits 16 seconds (it happened at 16 seconds for everyone.) The Client totally freezes and eventually crashes or is totally unresponsive. This has cause a number of us to a) lose promotions b) be banned from queue and losing LP. I dont know the exact step-by-step to have this issue occur but it seems to happen i'd say every 2-5 matches from what we have all experienced.

p.s. i would like my LP back ;) lolol
