[GAMEPLAY] Blood Moon Kennen Ult Indicator

Heya,

Just quickly, had a game against a Blood Moon Kennen and noticed that when he ulted (not sure if it happened 100% of the time), there was no "circle" indicator around him, only the one that shows you've been hit by it (the vertical hit indicator).
