I just got out of a game as Kat where in the early game I was able to use her Q, her R, and recall as normal. However, when the game went past the 30 minute mark, I suddenly was unable to use the aforementioned abilities or recall. This persisted for the last 14 minutes or so of the match, and left me unable to fight or defend effectively. I'm not sure if it was a one-time bug, easily replicated, or entirely random.
I'm not sure the cause, but usually happens during multiple spell roatioins (AKA resets) and the qued up abilites. Say i EQWR and while im Ring, i get a kill and EQW but my r didnt finish. idk by the time my other abilities go off and i get another kill i go to cast it sometimes bugs out. To fix the bug you usually have to die. (i execute myself to baron) and then it allows the spells to once more be cast
Iv'e reported this issue on several occasions and Riot does nothing just ignores it

this happened to me once in urf as kat and it was like that until i died
