Rammus respawns stuck in his Defensive Ball Curl (W) pose. [GAMEPLAY]

For the last coupe of patches (I wanna say since the patch where Rammus got a nerf on his Q), Rammus has been respawning with his modeling stuck in his W pose. I think this happens if Rammus dies will casting DBC. I've had this happen 3 times on SR and once on HA. Allies also see Rammus stuck in DBC, not sure if enemies can as well.
