Conqueror true damage on Ryze empowered Q by flux is bugged

Been playing alot of Ryze with conqueror this patch, the true damage from his Q with conqueror is always the exact same whether your target is fluxed or not when it should do much higher damage. A frustrating bug that happens 100% of the time and should be easy to fix

• Type of Bug: In Game Bug

• Description: When playing Ryze with Conqueror the true damage will be the same whether the Q is empowered by an E or not

• Steps to reproduce: Proc Conqueror in anyway you want, use Q to deal true damage, then use E-Q, the true damage will be the exact same even though the empowered Q damage is much higher

• Expected result: When you use your E before your Q the true damage should be higher and corresponding to the damage of an empowered Q instead of a regular one

• Observed result: The true damage from a regular Q will be the exact same as an empowered Q (E-Q) even though the empowered Q damage is much higher

• Reproduction rate: The bug will happen 100% of the times and is easy to reproduce
