Matchmaking Mismatch

I'm un-ranked and I keep getting matched up with Diamond and platinum players regardless of the game mode/map that I play. This happens on normal draft, normal blind, twisted treeline modes, even the featured game mode and on 1 rare occasion when I played vs bots. Something is definitely wrong. I'm usually the only un-ranked/bronze player on the team while there is 2 plat, 1 diamond and a gold, sometimes 2 golds...I rarely even see silver teammates and when I look up my opponents they're usually all plat/gold with 1 diamond. I think this matchmaking system might be broken or possibly was tampered with in one of these patches idk but this is happening quite frequently.
