Catching the blame..ruining my account standing

So on occasion I'll be in champ select and someone will dodge. No problem, I'll join the queue and get in a game with someone more interested in a game..except not really because quite often I catch the blame for it. For whatever reason, whenever someone else leaves champion select I get the 6 minute block. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me and I don't like that I, who joined a game because I wanted to play, am catching the blame for someone who left because they didn't want to play even though they joined a game.

Not only that but the game has background systems to put players in lesser standing..me for some reason..in lesser queues.
