Is Provisionals Broken?

I have played 7 games since last night and it still only says 4/10.. It just gave me the 4th one after playing 4 games. It seems to only be tracking my loss games. I have won 3 and lost 4.. what is going on? Even on the champs i have played it only shows the champs i lost with not the ones i won with. And i won 2 games with the same champ. Riot this is not fair you are only tracking my loss games
