[CLIENT?] Hud visual bug

Heyo!

As you can see from the image, the HUD had a little bit of a senior moment in a game earlier and stuck what i assume to be the level up arrows over the items area, which was a bit annoying. It fixed itself a couple of times in-game but would then happen again, finally just stuck that way for the rest of the game. I had alt tabbed a few times, so i assume this might be the cause? I'm running the game at 1768*992 if that matters.
