Thresh can't buy hurricane
in season 5 and before thresh was a ranged champion with no projectiles now he isn't ranged or melee, is this a bug or a change meant to nerf him?

They recently changed how their system tags champions as melee and ranged.
This is likely just an oversight that will be fixed soon enough.
