Client being unusable

It happend to me today, just as i try logging in i wait 2-3 min. at authentication screen, AND then another 2-3 minutes at the logging screen, i tried to go into shop, error, tried loot, same thing, tried to see my quest, error. Then I tried to go into a game I after 1-2 minutes of waiting it finally put me into a lobby, the thing is that almost every thing that needs my client to get information from the server is slower by at least 20X. If it helps, i completed the 7 quest thingy, went to see the loot, and didn't have any kind of problem yesterday. I even tried the repair function, which btw is broken since forever, and a clean reinstall after.
