Jayce's Hammer stance

Whenever I would switch to hammer stance in my game, my screen would freeze up for a whole second, and it might not seem much to some, but in game i would charge their adc press "r" to go to hammer stance and my game would freeze and the adc would get free hits on me for a second, now in my game it was a jinx, so 1 second of free hitting, would be like 3 autos and that can really change a lot
